Import Prospects in Account Engagement

Steps

1. Log in to Account Engagement (Pardot).
2. Go to Prospects → Import.
3. Upload CSV.
4. Choose:
   • Create new prospects
   • Update existing prospects (if needed)
   • Optionally assign them to a campaign, user, or list.
5. Map fields.
6. Confirm and run import.

Important:
Make sure CSV has a unique identifier:

• Email address (required for all prospects)
• Optional: CRM Lead ID / External ID if updating
